Mobile Phone Rumours
On February - 1 - 2011
If you often trawl the internet looking for the latest news on mobile phone releases, you will know that however big a year 2010 was for fans of technology and mobiles, 2011 could very well be bigger. The internet and technology magazines have been awash recently with news of new phones set for announcement or release within the next 12 months that are set to blow even last year’s impressive offerings, such as the iPhone 4 and the Samsung Wave, out of the water. Here are some of the more exciting rumours around at the moment so you know what should be coming in the next year.
LG in 2011
LG did not have the most productive year in 2010, leading many to questions as to why such a usually prolific mobile phone producer would be so quiet. It seems though that it may be because they had so many plans for 2011.
LG were expected to announce their phone early this year and did not disappoint, with the announcement coming at the Consumer Electronics Show 2011that the Optimus 2x will be released this year. The dual core phone is supposedly to be one of the fastest Android phones on the market and should set LG up well for a successful year.
There are also rumours about a mysterious phone known only as the LG B at the moment and the company are keeping their cards close to their chests on this one but it is thought to have a screen that is twice as bright as any other mobile out there. We will have to just wait and see though.
Motorola
Motorola had a great 2010 and will have to do something great to live up to it this year and it does sound as if they have big plans. Motorola are releasing two phones, thought to be called Olympus and Etna that will contain the same dual core Tegra2 processor as the Optimus 2X so it will be interesting to see the two giants of LG and Motorola go head to head this year.

Such features include a ‘select all’ option, which allows the user to delete a number of messages at any one time as appose to having to delete each message individually.
The Blackberry handset comes in a sleek casing that screams sophistication and looks the part when it comes to a stylish and streamline business phone.
